Some functions are not working 1.8.14 may be something with JS

it's version 1.8.14 I think i created the forum on version 1.8.8 or 1.8.10 and updated it to 1.8.14. But all of this happens after the updates. The problem is that some of random functions are not working I'm thinking that the problem is somewhere in JavaScript but I'm not sure. Forget to mention that I'm using CloudFlare.
Things that don't work:
The icons on left panel in usercp are not showing.
User browsing this forum is not showing who is browsing it, it says only "Users browsing this forum:"
Icons for forum icons legend in forumdisplay.php are not showing too.
Quick edit button is not working.
Theese are the bugs that I found so far.

I upgraded it but the bugs still exists.

You should clear the cache of cloudflare and perhaps temporarily disable it and provide us with a test account so we can check these issues
