Today, one of my forum users tried to change the password. It turned out that the code from the email is incorrect. When I try to change the password on my account, the same error occurs.

do you get something similar to below in the reset link ?
boardURL/member.php?action=resetpassword&uid=12345&code=1UVoqe5tQ3PpO1ZDfPqMjLRbhc1jcq
what does the system say when you try the reset link ?

@.m. Yes i get link like that.

I noticed that on the first use, the link from the mailbox gets a blank page. It is only after the second use of the link that the page is loaded with an error below.

Error: You seem to have entered an invalid password reset code. Please re-read the email you were sent or contact the forum administrators for more help.

run file verification tool available at tools & maintenance section of forum admin panel.
what does it report ? [ignore reported images & reported files from install & its subfolders]

can you rename ~/inc/datahandlers/user.php file as user_old.php file
and upload this user.php file to its location & check if it helps ..
