[How To?] Upgrade PHP version 5.x.x to 7.x.x compatible with Mybb 1.8

I transferred my Mybb source code to a new server using the PHP 7.x.x version, 
when I log into the admin page I do not see the Mybb settings, everything is empty

Please help me to solved this problem

can you tell us exact version of php ..
have you checked by switching to MyBB's default theme for admin panel ..

My old server PHP Version 5.3.3 and new server PHP Version 7.1.9

forum admin panel >> preferences >> Admin Control Panel Theme --> select Default & save preferences
