It is because the image it is trying to use is broken. Ensure that the image is uploaded correctly and points to the correct location.

It is not img from me, it is from the theme? I didn't upload any photo to my profile yet.

No, it is the default, before I upload any img, the avatar is already like this. 

For example, a new user register will have that automatically.
