http to https and Login not possible

Hello,
i am using  MYBB  the First Time  and not so long.  So i want  change to HTTPS. i think it will be easy but it is not so
Admin Settings i change all to https  and saved. 
.htaccess  rediret all to https  and  all works fine   but it is not possible  LOGIN in Member and ADMIN Section.

i tried it an all Browser  and it shows.  WELCOME  and than redirect and nobody is login in.

NOW i change all https in  the Database table   settings back to HTPP, but i had no chance  LOGIN in 

Please can someone help me

have you also turned ON secured cookie at Configuration Settings ?

I don't know why we emphasis mentioning hyper-text protocols just to increase troubles like this.
In this age protocol-less urls are just fine and automates the process. Known issue that you can handle with protocol-less url is some i-Phone feed reader which may not work, is that a big issue?

Tried setting board url in MyBB ACP from

http://domain.tld

to just

//domain.tld

and it worked fine. Need to deep-check further.

SOLVED
all was fine in the settings and the Issues was in the CookieDomain. I dont know wh but it lost the POINT befor the Domain

.domain.com

and now it works all on SSL .

True, this works fine for almost every case - especially if you already force HTTPS by default via your web server config. However, for sites available over both HTTP and HTTPS (which should never be done, but sometimes is...), it's useful to have one canonical URL scheme that all links point to.
