How do I install SPAM Blocker

Im trying to install SPAM blocker & auto ban, but there is NO information on HOW TO do this any where.

The download only contains 1 file - where is it supposed to go?

if there is a single php file then that should be uploaded to plugins folder (~/inc/plugins) of your MyBB files server
