I saw this blog and they have such a cool articles page

I would like to create similar type of articles page and ability to easily create articles. I don't necessarily want on home page but I do want a page like that.

How can this be done with mybb?

I've tried the custom one, to make a privacy policy page. I think its easier to use plugin.
You can also try the xtread blog, it has a comment box feature.
