Not Solved [How To?] Is there a way to shrink the web version to mobile version on the default theme?

I personally love the default theme because it is stable no errors.

The only problem is when you open it on the phone, it shows exactly on the web.
There is no shrink part to make it mobile friendly.

I hope they can do this, or they can I just don't know.

Please help!

Look at this forum, it has two version: Desktop and mobile version.

(The button to switch is at the butttom)
I love this kind of setting, users can switch to a different version.

Is it two themes?
Like click 'go' then go to second theme, but this guy made just can select one.
