Hello there is some plugin to put headers in the post h1, h2, h3 as it has other platforms as a blogger or worpress when polishing a topic, greetings

There is a template system. You are free to edit the templates and put required h? tags wherever necessary.

there is some plugin that the message box of a theme allows to do this to put the h2, h3, h4 etc

Alright I got it now, its not related to theme its related to editor.
Well, SCEditor has nothing like that out of the box but a plugin of SCEditor should do that, sadly I couldn't find one ...

It is good to have an editor to put texts with h2, h3 h4 in the topics at seo level

As I agree to your statement, however, if your concern is SEO only then you should edit the template and put your thread subject inside <h1>...</h1>.
That is the right approach and effective place to make impact on SEO.
