Not sure if this has been posted yet, but if a user has a post moderated (as in due to permissions), it does not appear to count against the user's daily posting limit.

I wouldn't be sure if that is a bug or by design. I'd pick by design.
Well, then that begs the question of why by design? Sure, it does not impact regular users, but it must surely be a pain for moderators to clear 200 threads/posts of spam from new registrations, right?

DO pm me if you got suggestions for existing ones (although posting in the proper thread is preferred), or suggestions/ideas for new plugins (keep in mind I'm an amateur but not necessarily a beginner.)

I'd call this a bug personally, it doesn't make much sense to ignore the posts just because they require moderation first.
