I am facing this problem.. I am not a programmer nor coder. Please help me with this issue.. Screenshots attached.. I have done all instructions while installing this plugin..

Which plugin are you talking about? It certainly has messed with your colspan, though! Does your forum go back to normal once you deactivate it?
