[How To?] Need help with navigation!

I am currently looking for a tutorial on how to change and remove some of the navigations at the top of the page for the theme below. If someone could help me that would be amazing!!!

If you go into your templates in the admin control panel and select the header templates and you will easily be able to edit the code there.
