3 things you had to take care, you have done 2
1. Database prefix : As you can use the site it is fixed I consider.
2. Cookie domain: You have just fixed it.
3. Board URL / Assets URL : If you can access ACP then the settings is just above the cookie settings. Change board url to your own. Before that backup your theme and images. After changing the board url restore theme and images. If you are using default theme then changing the url is all you need to do.
Changing board url will also fix your assets url.
