I am noticing that if someone forgot his / her password and requests to reset his password
mail never comes, checked with my emails, checked junk and inbox, mail didn't come

how to fix it?

Which email system are you using? 

In the Mail Handler option...

PHP mail or SMTP mail?

most of it was same as yours
except the last option Add message ID in mail headers ,was set to yes.
works now.
