Installation: Database Configuration help!

Hi guys,

I'm finally going through the installation process - I have no idea what to enter into the following fields:

Database server hostname:localhost
Database username: lime_green (Is this correct?)
Database password: password for username above (Is this correct?)
Database name: NO IDEA???? (Please help?)
