OUGC Show Avatars not updating

When a user posts a thread with an avatar, the avatar is shown in the forumdisplay.

When a thread is moved from that subforum, the avatar is changed to default.
When a user updates their profile picture, the avatar does not reflect the change made.

How can I update my avatars on the forumdisplay using OUGC Show Avatar?

This plugin requires hijacking various updates around the forum to display the correct avatar and it appears, by your description, that is is lacking some. I will probably look into these errors later.
