Need help installing theme (Elwitch)

I really want to install this theme. I just don't know how to upload all the necessary files.

I'm using x10hosting as my host and using the cPanel File manager, not FileZilla.

I get the .xml onto the site under Themes & Templates. 

With the rest of the files I upload to mybb/images then I extract the .zip in there like a tutorial said on this site. I go to my website and the theme is really broken.
