Change this things to appear on left or right of the page ?

I would change this things (look at attachements) to appear on left or right of the page 

my community need only this changement to be 100% perfect 

any idea from the support ?

Don't quite follow what you are asking, but most of those elements float, either left or right, so if you want to change then change the float from left to right or vice versa.

Also you can try this theme, it's a better base to work from.
