I installed the latest myBB app 1.8.19 but somehow some latest plugins doesn't work, do I need to wait for it to update or any advice you can give?

For starters, you need to have a better thread title. The title that you used is not good enough. 

Secondly, if you had done a Search here on MyBB, you would have found this WEBPAGE for plugin assistance.

In most cases changing the compatibility value inside plugin works fine...

"compatibility" => "16*"
to

"compatibility" => "18*"

So please try that.

... and yes, as stated, change the thread subject before it gets closed.
