Ticket/Knowledge Base
Could someone create an updated/working version of a Ticket/Knowledge base. Instead of being sent to emails, it gets sent to their PM, or completely separate?

(Yes, a forum category could be used for this, but it's too much trouble making even more groups and setting their permissions to certain aspects of said system)
