Sure, it is not a bug in the sense that everything works as intended, but it is a deficiency in the system because it doesn't let Chinese people register. Of course, there's an easy fix, like disabling the captcha altogether.

Since reCAPTCHA is not used by default in MyBB, admins need to enable it.

Baidu recaptcha can be added as a plugin, would be much better than keep it and maintain it in the core.
