Insert Reputation Counter in Header

Hello everybody,

I would like to put the reputation counter from the postbit into the header where it says: "Welcome back, Banker".

It would be nice if its like: "Welcome back, Banker [70]".

But if I put the variable {$post['userreputation']} which is in the postbit_reputation template, it doenst show anything.

Can someone give me a hint?
