Changing the registration agreement

My subject line is specific, I am looking to change the text on my board that users have to "agree" to before being allowed to register; but I think this question is a general one really.

I have tried searching for templates but the closest I found was a template named member_register_agreement. The problem is that this template seems to pull in text from another location.

So how do I get at this location?

I did perform a search but received so many hits that I believed the results not to be helpful.

Yeah, I saw that one as well. I included the other one though because it said how to do it via the ACP as well as manually with a text editor.

Unfortunately that can sometimes be the case. There were still at least two valid threads on the first page of the results though.
