phpbb 3.0 to mybb

I am trying to revive an old defunct phpbb 3.0 forum. I would like to move it to an AWS ec2 instance and converted it to mybb. Anyone have a good walk through for something like this? (Oh hell yes I am reading the install docs) Just wondering if someone had been through this before and had any suggestions.

conversion should run without much problems.

However if you are expecting good traffic then AWS EC2 might not suit !
