Darkmin AdminCP Theme Issue With Advanced Sidebox

I tried out the Darkmin AdminCP theme, everything looked good until I started using the Advanced Sidebox settings and this is what I got.
The 2nd screenshot shows you want the Advance Sidebox settings supposed to look like.
