I am using latest version of MyAlert plugin and In popup window its showing whole usercp (view alerts page) not only alerts. 

In alert popup its showing whole usercp (view alerts page) in that window.

Also there is no alert number in alert icon.

Can someone help?

Are you using the current version of the code from GitHub? If so, please make sure you've uploaded all of the files properly.

I have uploaded every single file properly.

In that popup window the logo coming infront of popup window and showing whole usercp (view alerts) page on that window

what is your forum url & which theme actually you are using ?
does the popup work normal on MyBB's stock theme ?

i just checked and Popup works fine on default theme.
