So I have created my Privacy Policy and Terms of Use through 'Page Manager' plugin and put the links in the footer.

Now, here is the problem. No matter what I do all the paragraphs of the PP and TOU becomes one giant paragraph. Do, I have to write them through some kind of code?

Use HTML code.

Here's an example of what I use for one of my pages in my website.

<p><div style="text-align: center;"><img src="https://luxorforums.com/images/luxorforums-logo-small-602x80.png" alt="luxorforums-logo.png" /></div><br />
<span style="font-size: 20px; color: #FF0000;"><div style="text-align: left;"><strong>Rules And Regulations </strong></div></span></p>
<span style="font-size: 16px;">
<p><ol style="list-style-type: decimal"><li>Respect everyone, we all are human beings and should be treated equally.<br />
<li>Do NOT post off-topic comments that are not relevant to the thread topic. You will be WARNED!<br />
<li>Respect others opinions<br />
<li>Excessive rudeness, flaming, or being disresptful towards other Luxor Forums users!<br />
<li>No Low Quality postings - You will be given warnings for this!<br />
<li>No stealing others data and/or identity. (also known as: data/identify theft)<br />
