Keeps getting stuck on Table Population

Hi i am having this continuous problem where i get up to the "Table Population"  section then when i press next i wait... then it times out i have had this problem on another forum as well. I think im forgetting to do something but i cant see anything im missing, I had this problem before but i cant remember how to fix it again.

Seem to fixed it i installed in on a localhost and put my domain as the homepage then moved it to the proper domain... looks fine atm

It is possible that it happened because database was not connecting to the localhost server.
Glad it is solved when you moved to actual domain
