Duplicate settings .... http error 500

Sometimes the settings.php file automatically creates this problem :
   
This problem usually occurs once a week . also i don't change anything and everything happens automatically !
When I reviewed the file completely, I noticed another problem . there are duplicate settings in the settings.php . Similar to this :
   
mybb version is 1.8.19 and the server is premium also has no problem !
