Confused About Theme

Hello,

Perhaps someone can help clarify this one for me.

The NetPen theme is listed in the "Extend" section under "Themes" - 100% free

But I also saw this :

So, is it a free theme or is it a pro theme?

I mean if it's listed free in the Extend library why not just download it? One thing I noticed is the link you provided states NetPen Pro. I'm assuming the one in the Extend library is a lite version and the one on Codester is the premium version.
