After I re-activated the plugins. The theme is broken its showing all white. I checked I have the cache folder and its permissions are also right. I followed this tutorial. But it didn't work.

How are you deactivating and re activating the plugins?
Have you recently changed themes?
Have you tried disabling all plugins and then re enabling them one by one to see if one of the plugins is causing the issue?
