I Am Trying To Upgrade My Version Of Mybb I Get Error 1146

I am trying to upgrade my version of mybb I get this error in the process of trying to do the upgrade

SQL Error:1146 - Table 'xxxxxx_aduforum17.sb_settings' doesn't existQueryELECT value, name FROM sb_settings ORDER BY title ASC

When I go to the inc\config.php this is what I see for the tab_prefix

$config['database']['table_prefix'] = 'sb_';

What do I need to do to fix this problem??

from which version of MyBB you are trying to upgrade ?
was your forum working fine before this upgrade attempt ?

Forum is still loading loading it is when I try to do the upgrade I get this error. I am currently running 1.8.6 trying to upgrade to the newest version.

can you physically check through phpMyAdmin
whether the settings table exists with its data in the database

if required,
