Admin banned when removing spam

Hello, curious:

1) Removed a spam message with the result that I (as Admin) was banned.
2) Curiously enough, I could still access Admin CP, but there I didn't see Admin under the banned list.

So I have no idea how to get out of this, any suggestions welcome

have you checked banned IPs list in forum admin panel ?

Thanks .m. I did think of that but I thought it wouldn't matter as I use a VPN, but it did the trick, MANY THANKS!
