Hi,
Usergroup images allow you to insert html code. Insert something like that:
<div class="role role-support">Support</div>
than add the css to style it in the global.css file.
Than edit template postbit_groupimage and change the content with:
{$usergroup['image']}
[Image: ZbrcFs]

Try clearing your cache and cookies and refresh sometimes it takes some time for it to show.  Another one is here its a plugin https://community.mybb.com/mods.php?action=view&pid=652
