Hello , can any one tell me how can i change the background of mybb (DEFULT THEME) or change the color !?

There is different places where you have to change it.
Main part : global.css => #content
Header: global.css => #logo

You can also change the default color of your forum (ACP > Home » Themes » Default) and change the Base Color (at the end of the page), then only modify global.css => #content

i changed the #content + #logo but its still white ...

Are you using Cloudflare ? Did you purge the cache ? And your browser cache ?
