Do you have access to the error logs? If so zip them up and PM me a link to them and I'll take a look. Also can you provide a screenshot of the exact 504 error so I can see what's generating it? Thanks.

Hey thanks for helping me out. I have full root access to the server. Debian based, can you tell me which logs exactly you need? And I'll send them to you.

The error.log or error_log file that should be generated by the webserver and/or MyBB (most likely in the home directory of your forum). Additionally a screenshot of the error 504 would be helpful since I'm not able to get the error to display when I'm browsing your forum.
