Members is allowed send mails to forum team, what show up in MCP and where staff members can discuss with member private but don't need send PMs.

Why not setup a forum for that? Use the "Can only view own threads" permission and it'll stay private between the staff and the member.

I don't think we need 3 of the same thing, but if the dev's are bored and don't have enough on their plates then they're more than welcome to add more redundant features. Big Grin
