Hi,

as I said, change the css to:
.header>*, .container, .top>div {
    width: 98%;
    margin: 0 auto;
}

After you do it, press CTRL + F5 keys in your browser, to clear the cache of your browser and to see the new results.
I don't answer questions about localhost forums or forums without URL, I'm not a seer.  Cool
