Mistake me if I'm wrong, but if a user reaches 100% warning level, isn't he supposed to be placed in the banned usergroup?

It appears that they are kept in their primary usergroup?

By default adding warning points doesn't trigger anything. You need to set up warning levels to decide what happens when a user receives warning points.

I have just added one for this cause, my mistake for not seeing it. However, it does not seem to function as the user is still not banned:

Users that have already been warned will not get shifted to the group as the job is triggered on hitting 100%.
