Custom themes can lack code pieces in template that helps the plugin target the template to insert variable.
If this is the case one needs to manually add the variable for the plugin in the custom template to show it up.

In the installation, the build folder is uploaded to public_html?

You have nothing to do with build folder.
Upload the upload/inc where your site root's inc is.

Thanks effone. I've tried that but when I try to register a new user, I do not get any options. Apart from activating the plugin in Admin_CP, do I have to do anything else?

Yes. You need to create App in developer portal of every single gateway you want to use and obtain the App ID & App Secret.
You then need to add the ID / Secret in Isango settings in ACP to finally make the things working.
