[General] forum banner scale change

Hey guys,

I'have been using MyBB for some time. But I don't know what to do next.
That's why I'm asking for help here. I'm using the Flatty theme and want to
change the banner. The size of the banner is 4240x720. As you can see,
I got it a little wrong there. I have linked the banner here:

I would change the dimensions by html or by settings that it fits.
I cannot change the dimensions of the banner. I would be happy for help.

#logo in global.css of the theme has height & width dimensions to adjust the size of logo image

note: edit the stylesheet in forum admin panel (through themes section) AND in advanced edit mode (tab)

remember hard refreshing your browser [eg. press CTRL + F5] on forum index after saving changes to the stylesheet

basically banners & other images of forum/ website should be optimized for web view.
it would be better to not use huge file sizes & large dimensions for a logo/banner
