News BAR suddenly disseapred!

Dear folks, 

I faced suddenly a disappearance of news BAR (Latest news) which is a plugin. 
I didnt touch anything nor server. 

Could some body let me know what could cause a sudden hidden for such option? What is its script? Could be blocked?

What is the script name of News Bar (Latest news)?

if you mean this news bar - then I think the issue is on your side, I can see it.

Edit: As soon as I reloaded, it disappeared - sure is an odd issue. Maybe some sort of cookie check?

OK I fixed by lowering the syndication limit to 15

It was 50 and working!!!
