Moderator Tools

Under configuration there is a setting for Moderator Tools where administrators can add thread and post tools.  I have no clue where to begin with setting this up.  Any help or suggestions on tools to create would be greatly appreciated.

Which moderation actions or tasks do you need? Moderation tools are aimed to make moderation easier, for example, here we use some to close threads AND add a stock reply at the same time. It highly depends on your needs.

In my forum I only use them to toggle portal threads visibility using my OUGC Show In Portal plugin. It can also be handy if you use xThreads.
