[How To?] Load all threads from old forum to new forum ?

Hello mybb community I want to restore all my old forum threads&posts to my new forum I have data backup also but I only need threads,posts& accounts of register members anyway to do pls help ?

while restoring / importing you have to use below database tables

mybb_posts
mybb_threads
mybb_users
mybb_usergroups
mybb_forums
mybb_forumpermissions

do you remember which version of MyBB you were using ?
