Upgrade instruktions unspecific

In the Upgrade documentation it says a number of times: 

"If the blog post announcement mentions that..."


What blog post would that be?

if you are upgrading to MyBB 1.8.22 then

blog post => MyBB 1.8.22 Released

related information => MyBB 1.8.22 Release Notes

perhaps you are referring to running upgrade script. it is required.

Wouldn't it be convenient to have this in the update documentation. I would not have guessed that in a million years.
