Adsense and Analytics code where to put them?

Putting Google ads on my forum but where is everyone putting the adsense and Analytics codes?

Hello,
I believe that'd be the headerinclude template. You can find it in ACP > Themes & Templates > Templates > Your theme > Ungrouped templates > headerinclude.
Though, you'll also need to include the ads themselves, and that depends on where you would want them to be. That can, for example, be the index template.

I had put in in main header but analytics didn't seem to be working properly

Usually, analytics code goes at the end of the page.
