[How To?] How to embed videos in thread and set thread title color

My small forum just established for weeks, i'm newbie here. I have 2 questions about MyBB, I hope you can help me.

1, videos cannot embed in threads, it always displays as codes like this:

2, How can I set the thread title to some color and bold? which plugin i should use?

2] do you mean colored title on the thread page or different colored titles at forum display threads list ?
either way, looks like related tutorials no longer exist. someone has to provide them again !

for the first question, i tried, solved, Thank you very much!

for the second one, I meant highlight display some thread title by color and bold to get people's attention in the thread list (forum page) .

Can't you use Prefix for that ? Or pin subjects ?

Yes, I can pin it at top of the thread list as important threads, but I think it's not eye-catching enough.   
So I'm finding a way to add color to the thread title. Thank you for answer my question.
