[How To?] Email by usergroup

I can't find it and it seems like it should be there but how do you do mass mailings to specific usergroups?

forum administrator can send group mails through forum admin panel.

MyBB uses tasks system to send mass mails. it might be better to disable
it and use cron job at the server level [if server has the cron facility]
