here is my site
http://blackmarke7.com when i open it in with my smartphone i get pagination but when i open it with desktop there is not pagination so i wanna how to get pagination when i open it with desktop Thanks! 
does
portal template has {$multipage} variable ? not sure if advanced sidebox plugin is affecting portal's multipage functionality ..
content added into one of the asb portal box might be causing it.

Go to ACP -> Config -> Advanced Sidebox -> Manage Scripts -> Portal and scroll to the replacement template and add
{$multipage} where needed.
