Default Value in Editor on Thread Opening

Let's say that I have subforum named foo.
I want to have default value already there (inside SCEditor, like a template) whenever users click New Reply in foo subforum

For example:

[i][b]Author[/b]: Author[/i]
[i][b]Version:[/b]: Version[/i]
